A dog named Winter was found abandoned in a dog park in Georgina, Ontario, tied to a pole by a man who left in a black pick-up truck. The dog appeared to be in good health and was taken to an animal shelter, but is not ready for adoption. York Regional Police are searching for the suspect vehicle, described as a black pick-up truck with a quad cab, black roof rack, and dark rims, seen in a video dropping off the dog before driving away.
