Cadillac has opened its first direct-to-consumer ‘Experience Centre’ in Australia, set to deliver superior customer service compared to traditional dealerships, with plans for additional sites in Melbourne and Brisbane by 2025. The Sydney facility, located in Rosebery, will go live on November 7, offering a personalised buying experience and state-of-the-art service facilities. The brand will introduce the Cadillac Lyriq mid-sized electric SUV to the Australian market later this year, with competitive pricing and a five-year warranty, roadside assistance, and free scheduled servicing, as well as additional benefits such as free public charging and home charging unit installation options.
