A Delta Airlines pilot on SkyWest Flight 3788 had to make an “aggressive” evasive maneuver to avoid a potential collision with a B-52 bomber while landing in North Dakota. After safely landing, the pilot explained the situation to passengers, who applauded his handling of the unexpected incident, which is under investigation by SkyWest Airlines and the FAA.
