Girl, 12, charged with manslaughter of 80-year-old

A 12-year-old girl has been charged with manslaughter after the death of 80-year-old Bhim Kohli in Leicester. Kohli was attacked while walking his dog Rocky in Franklin Park, and the girl is set to appear at Leicester Youth Court. A 15-year-old boy was previously charged with murder in connection with the incident.
