Man charged with murder after stabbings at market

A man in his 60s has been charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder after a stabbing incident at a market in south London, resulting in one death and two injuries. The deceased victim was identified as Hilkiah McLeggan, 77, from Southwark. The Metropolitan Police have increased their presence in the area and confirmed that the incident was not terrorist-related.
