A gunman in southern Montenegro killed at least 10 people, including two children, in a restaurant following a verbal argument, before taking his own life. The government has declared three days of national mourning, with the Prime Minister calling the shooting a “terrible tragedy”. The attacker, named Aleksandar Martinović, had a history of weapons possession and the incident is believed to be a result of disturbed interpersonal relations, leaving four others in critical condition.
