A man identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar intentionally drove a Ford pick-up truck into crowds on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, killing 10 people and injuring at least 35 others. Jabbar, an Army veteran with ties to the Islamic State group, was armed and fired on law enforcement before being killed by police.
