England’s T20 series in South Africa postponed; Test and ODI dates announced

England and South Africa have postponed their planned T20 international series originally scheduled for next winter due to scheduling conflicts. Instead, the two teams will compete in three Test matches and three one-day internationals in December 2026 and January 2027. Cricket South Africa and the England and Wales Cricket Board are looking to reschedule the T20 series, which was affected by the overlap with South Africa’s domestic T20 tournament, SA20. England’s Test series in South Africa begins on December 17, 2026.
