DeGiorgio, is facing a criminal charge for assaulting a passenger on a Caribbean cruise after his wife confronted the man about dancing barefoot. DeGiorgio allegedly choked the man, who claimed he was threatened, leading to the incident being captured on security camera footage. Despite denying wrongdoing, DeGiorgio faces up to one year in prison if convicted and received nearly $7.8 million in compensation in 2024 from the title insurance company.
