SINGAPORE: Yunhaiyao, a catering company, was fined S$7,000 for a mass food poisoning incident affecting 171 ByteDance employees, linked to contaminated chicken. Following the incident, which revealed serious management negligence and hygiene failures, the company issued an apology and discontinued its corporate catering services.
