Expert: Space debris that crashed may be from Chinese rocket

A piece of space debris, likely from a Chinese rocket launch, was discovered by mine workers near Newman, Western Australia. The Australian Space Agency is investigating its origin, with initial assessments indicating it is made of carbon fiber and poses no threat to public safety, as it could be linked to the Jielong rocket’s fourth stage that re-entered the atmosphere recently.
