A new multi-agency BTO coordination committee has been established to address common challenges faced by new residents settling into their Build-to-Order flats in Singapore. Led by the Ministry of National Development and HDB, the committee includes key partners to enhance efficiency and communication efforts, aiming to align infrastructure provision, community facilities, and landscaping with key collection to improve residents’ moving-in experience. The focus is on timely completion of amenities while implementing interim measures as needed, with more updates to follow on the committee’s progress.
