British police officers have arrived in Dublin to assist in identifying English football hooligans who may attempt to enter the State for the Republic of Ireland v England match. Garda Commissioner Drew Harris confirmed the officers will act as observers and spotters, monitoring CCTV footage and potentially working on the streets with Garda.
