British photographer films moment US police shoot him with rubber bullet

A British photographer, Toby Canham, was shot in the head with a rubber bullet while covering the Los Angeles protests against immigration detentions. He was filming from an elevated position when a California Highway Patrol officer fired at him from about 100 yards away, resulting in a forehead injury and a visit to the hospital. The protests, which have entered their fifth day, have seen multiple injuries and arrests, with Governor Gavin Newsom warning of further unrest as President Trump plans raids in other sanctuary cities.
