A four-year-old boy tragically died after a gravestone fell on him at Rawtenstall Cemetery in Haslingdon, Lancashire, around 1pm on July 5. Despite emergency services’ efforts, he could not be saved, and his death is not being treated as suspicious; the case will be referred to HM Coroner.
