Three arrested in murder investigation after man hit by car on Christmas Day following bar row

Three people were arrested after a father, Kirk Marsden, was hit by a car following an argument at a bar on Christmas Day in Blackburn. He suffered serious injuries and later died in the hospital. Two men, aged 58 and 31, were arrested on suspicion of murder, with one remaining in custody and the other released on bail.
