Project Rebirth is an innovative AI-powered aircraft crash survival system developed by engineers Eshel Wasim and Dharsan Srinivasan, designed to deploy massive CO2-filled airbags to cushion an aircraft in the event of a crash. Inspired by the tragic Air India Flight 171 incident, the project aims to enhance aviation safety and is a finalist for the James Dyson Award.
