An osprey in western Canada dropped a fish onto power lines due to fatigue from high temperatures, igniting a brush fire near Ashcroft, according to firefighters. The incident, which briefly disrupted power in the area, humorously prompted the fire service to suggest the bird might have wanted to try “cooked” fish instead of raw.
