A Wellington-based builder, Colby Kelly-Nash, has lost his license after failing to start renovations despite receiving over $25,000 in deposits from customers. Following three complaints, the Disputes Tribunal ordered him to repay $16,000 to one customer, but he has not complied and cannot be located by debt collectors, nor did he attend hearings by the Building Practitioners’ Board.
