A B.C. teen, Andy Le, 16, tragically lost his parents and younger sister in an attack during the Lapu Lapu Day festival in Vancouver on April 26, 2025, where a driver struck the crowd, killing 11 people. Despite his loss, Andy donated $266,000 from his GoFundMe campaign to support other victims and expressed gratitude for the donations he received. The alleged perpetrator, Kai-Ji Adam Lo, 30, has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of second-degree murder, with further charges expected.
