Authorities looking to identify boy found riding scooter on freeway in Los Angeles

The California Highway Patrol is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a Black male juvenile, aged between 10 to 13, who was found riding a scooter on the 110 Freeway in Los Angeles. The child was discovered in the express lanes of the southbound 110 near Jefferson Boulevard around 6:30 p.m., wearing only a black shirt and blue boxer shorts. Authorities are asking for any information that may help locate the boy and determine the circumstances surrounding his presence on the freeway.
