Atome Financial, a digital financial services platform in Southeast Asia owned by Advance Intelligence Group, has added BlackRock and InnoVen Capital’s private credit funds to its senior secured term loan facility, increasing the total size to US$80 million. The new facility is expected to support the company’s growth in product offerings and regional expansion. Atome has shown significant revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements, securing credit facilities worth up to US$200 million from leading financial institutions like HSBC and DBS Bank to further expand its presence in Southeast Asia.
