A group of male youths vandalized Pride flags at a significant rainbow-painted intersection in Midtown Atlanta early Tuesday, prompting police intervention. Four individuals, including three from Dallas, Ga., were arrested and could face additional charges under Georgia’s hate crime law, which includes enhanced penalties for offenses motivated by sexual orientation or gender identity.
