A manhunt is underway in Birmingham, Alabama for multiple shooters who killed four people and injured 17 in a mass shooting. The suspects opened fire on a large group of people before fleeing in a vehicle. A total of 21 people were shot, with three of the deceased victims identified by Birmingham police on Sunday night.
