Moody to take over Hatchet baseball

The Washington High School baseball team has appointed Austin Moody, a former multi-sport athlete and assistant coach for the Hatchets, as its new head coach, succeeding the retired Steve Reed. Moody, a WHS graduate and USI baseball player, expressed enthusiasm for continuing the team’s strong tradition, while Reed and AD Larry Cochren praised his skills and commitment to the program.
