Palestinian Authority allocated millions to West Bank terrorists in 2025

The Palestinian Authority transferred approximately 500 million shekels in 2025 under its “pay-for-slay” program, which compensates imprisoned terrorists and families of attackers. Despite international criticism and previous threats of sanctions from the Trump administration, the PA continues these payments, with recent reports indicating that salaries for PA employees have been cut to maintain funding for terrorists. Israel has enacted measures to freeze funds equivalent to these payments from tax revenues it transfers to the PA.
