The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) has started distributing food aid in the Gaza Strip, with more aid trucks expected on Tuesday, while condemning threats from Hamas against its humanitarian efforts. GHF accused Hamas of attempting to hinder access to aid and claimed the group views the new distribution method as a threat. Additionally, GHF announced John Acree as the new interim Executive Director following the resignation of Jake Wood, who expressed concerns over the foundation’s adherence to humanitarian principles and the need for sustainable peace in the region.
