Israel and Turkey Technical Talks on Syria
Israel and Turkey are preparing for technical discussions to establish a deconfliction line in Syria, according to Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. While Fidan stated there are no plans to clash with any country, including Israel, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu emphasized Israel’s readiness to act defensively if necessary. Following Israeli airstrikes targeting Syrian military assets, Turkey condemned Israel as a regional threat, asserting that Israel must withdraw from Syria to support stabilization efforts in the region.
