Justin Wayne Halstenberg, 34, was arrested in connection with a California wildfire and is believed to have set off two other fires on the same day before allegedly sparking the destructive Line Fire in San Bernardino County. The Line Fire has burned over 37,000 acres and has been ongoing for eight days. San Bernardino County Sheriff Shannon Dicus stated that Halstenberg is accused of starting three different fires last week, with one of them escalating into the massive Line Fire.
