A gunman in Montenegro fatally shot 12 people, including two children, in a shooting rampage in Cetinje before killing himself. The shooter, identified as 45-year-old Aco Martinović, targeted his family members and others after a bar brawl. Police surrounded the attacker, who later died from self-inflicted injuries. The government declared three days of mourning and may consider a total ban on weapons in the country. This incident follows a similar shooting in the town in 2022.
