Arkansas Mother Posted on Facebook Before Her Death

Charity Beallis, 40, and her two children were found dead from gunshot wounds in their Bonanza, Arkansas home on December 3, shortly after her divorce hearing with estranged husband Randall, who had a history of domestic abuse. Months prior, Charity made a concerning Facebook post about the risks of strangulation by a partner, raising alarms about her safety. Despite his past arrest, Randall is currently not a suspect, and the investigation involves multiple agencies. Following Charity’s death, Randall’s attorney filed to dismiss the divorce case, which Charity was seeking to finalize with full custody of their children.
