TikTok influencer’s husband won’t face charges in 3-year-old son’s drowning

The husband of TikTok influencer Emilie Kiser will not face charges after their 3-year-old son, Trigg, drowned in their backyard pool while he briefly turned away. The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office determined there was “no likelihood of conviction” for the recommended felony child abuse charge.
