Apple announced plans to open a new factory in Texas to produce servers for its AI personal assistant, with operations set to begin in 2026 as part of a $500 billion investment in the U.S. In addition to the new facility, Apple will hire around 20,000 new employees across the country, focusing on R&D, silicon engineering, software development, and AI and machine learning. Man who killed family also planned school shooting
Nicholas Prosper pleaded guilty to murdering his mother and two siblings in Luton and also confessed to planning a mass shooting at a local school. Police discovered a loaded shotgun with over 30 cartridges hidden in a bush after his arrest. Fortunately, he was apprehended before carrying out the school attack.
