“Wine Days”, an event showcasing the best food and drink from the French region of Alsace, is coming to Brussels at the Sofitel Brussels Europe hotel. Guests can sample classic Alsatian dishes like Sauerkraut and wines from Arthur Metz, celebrating its 120th anniversary. Exclusive dinners with chefs Mathieu Klein and Gabriele Petrucci, combining Belgian and Alsatian cuisine, are available for €69 pp on October 18 and 19.
