Mahmoud Amin Ya’qub al-Muhtadi, 33, pleaded not guilty in a Louisiana federal court to charges related to his alleged involvement in Hamas’ Oct. 7, 2023, terrorist attack against Israel, including conspiracy to provide material support to a terror organization and visa fraud.
