Airbnb is enhancing its user experience through artificial intelligence, according to CEO Brian Chesky during a fourth-quarter earnings call. The company is testing an AI-powered search tool for a small percentage of users, aimed at providing a more natural booking process. While previously introducing an AI chatbot for customer service that now handles a third of requests, Airbnb plans to expand its capabilities significantly within the next year. Detailed rollout dates for these AI features have yet to be announced.
