Gallup Poll: Increase in AI Use at Work

American workers are increasingly using artificial intelligence (AI) in their jobs, with a Gallup survey revealing that 12% use it daily, up from 21% in 2023. Approximately 25% report frequent usage (a few times a week), while nearly 50% use it at least a few times a year. Adoption is particularly high in the technology sector, where 60% of workers use AI frequently. Despite this rise, fewer employees feel their jobs are at risk from AI, with only half considering it “not at all likely” to be replaced by automation in the next five years.
