Former Act Party president Tim Jago has lost his appeal against a sexual abuse conviction involving two teenage boys from the 1990s, for which he was sentenced to two years and six months in prison. The Court of Appeal dismissed his claims that the charges were improperly considered and that the jury instructions were inadequate, as well as his assertion that the sentence was excessive.
