Despite high production of Oral Cholera Vaccines, demand still surpasses supply, hindering outbreak control efforts. Conflict, displacement, natural disasters, and climate change contribute to the complexity of cholera outbreaks, making them harder to manage, especially in rural and flood-affected areas with limited healthcare access.
