Titled “Fast Fashion, Slow Poison: The Toxic Textile Crisis in Ghana,” the report exposes the environmental and public health damage caused by discarded clothing on communities and ecosystems in Ghana. Approximately 15 million items of clothing are discarded every week in Ghana, leading to a devastating impact on the environment and local populations.
