Ace Frehley, a Bronx native and one of the greatest metal guitarists, co-founded Kiss in 1973, which became a cultural phenomenon with hits like “I Was Made for Lovin’ You.” After leaving the band in 1982, he enjoyed a solo career and rejoined Kiss for a reunion tour in 1996, contributing to their legacy, including their 2014 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction.
