GOP prepared to block vote to replace Feinstein on Senate Judiciary

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced his intention to replace Sen. Dianne Feinstein on the Senate Judiciary Committee with Sen. Ben Cardin of Maryland. He plans to bring the issue to a floor vote this afternoon, but it is expected to be blocked by Republicans.
