Pakhala BhataPakhala Bhata is a traditional Odia dish made by fermenting cooked rice in water. It is typically served with sides like fried or curried vegetables. To prepare Pakhala Bhata, cooked rice is allowed to cool and then mixed with water and a little salt. Some people also add curd to enhance the sourness.
