ICE, DEA arrest criminal illegal aliens on idyllic New England island

ICE and DEA agents conducted a joint operation on Nantucket, Massachusetts, to arrest “illegal criminal aliens,” with the DEA assisting ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations Boston. The DEA confirmed the arrest of a man previously charged with kidnapping and domestic assault and battery, as well as a woman, with assistance from the U.S. Coast Guard. In a separate operation in September, ICE arrested a Salvadoran illegal immigrant on Nantucket for charges including rape of a child and indecent assault and battery.
