Strictly Come Dancing star Iwan Thomas, 50, secretly welcomed their third child with his long-term partner. He was paired with Ola Jordan on the BBC show back in 2015.
Many celebrities choose to share their baby joy with fans around the world, however the Strictly star decided to keep things quiet as they covertly welcomed their newborn bundle of joy without fans even knowing.

His partner, who prefers to stay away from the limelight, gave birth to their baby back in February according to reports in the Mirror. Since then, the Olympic medallist disclosed the baby’s name is Bowie.
Iwan shared his happy news on social media with two pictures of the cute new baby, captioning it: “It’s a tough life being nearly 2 weeks old #cute #baby #boy #Bowie #tired.”

Upon announcing, friends and family filled the comments section with congratulatory messages expressing surprise that Iwan had kept the joyful news a secret. Among those sending best wishes was Dancing on Ice star Greg Rutherford who sweetly wrote: “SO CUTE! ! ! ! “.
Fans have been quick to share their joy, with one commenting: “Oh you’ve had another baby, so cute Congratulations xx.” Another added: “You must be so proud”. Little Bowie is the newest member of the family, joining his older brothers Teddy, five and Dougie, two.

Teddy, the eldest, had a difficult start in life as he was born prematurely and had “trouble breathing”. He was diagnosed with a serious infection from Group Strep B. His dad Iwan turned this challenging time into something positive by raising awareness about this harmful bacteria.
Thankfully, Teddy made a full recovery and seems to be taking his role as big brother very seriously. Even though it’s been nearly ten years since Iwan appeared on Strictly Come Dancing, his fans still remember him well.
He was the first to be voted off in his series, which was eventually won by The Wanted singer Jay McGuiness dancing with professional Aliona Vilani.
Iwan has kept busy after Strictly, appearing on various reality shows such as Celebrity Hunted, The Wright Stuff, Through The Keyhole, and even showing off his culinary skills on Celebrity MasterChef. The sports star previously confessed that as a high performance athlete he used to be “very selfish”, but now his world revolves around his sons.
Speaking to the Express, he said becoming a dad “puts things into perspective” as he gushed over his lovely boys. “Being a dad just totally shifts your mindset about everything really. You know, I’ve spent my whole life being you know, a sportsman and having to be very selfish and single minded and focused on myself only but obviously now being a dad. Nothing’s about me anymore. It’s all about the boys,” he said.
