J-K: UP ATS arrests Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist after 17 years in joint operation

A terrorist belonging to Hizbul Mujahideen, Ulfat Husain, was arrested in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir after 17 years by the Uttar Pradesh ATS and Kathgarh Police. He was previously arrested in 2002 with explosives and weapons, released in 2008, and had a warrant issued against him. Further investigation is ongoing in the case.
