Grand National favourite Inothewayurthinkin has been added as a supplementary entry for the Cheltenham Gold Cup to challenge Galopin Des Champs for a hat-trick in the race, with several withdrawals leaving 10 potential contenders. Inothewayurthinkin, owned by JP McManus and trained by Gavin Cromwell, won the Kim Muir Chase at Cheltenham last year and finished fourth in the Irish Gold Cup, making him a 7-1 chance for the Gold Cup. Galopin Des Champs is the favorite at 1-2 odds, aiming to become the first triple winner since Best Mate in 2004 and potentially setting up a historic double with the Grand National later in the season.
