James Harden scored 50 points in the Los Angeles Clippers’ win against the Detroit Pistons, moving within one 50-point game of Kobe Bryant for third-most in NBA history. Harden now has 24 career 50-point games, behind only Bryant, Michael Jordan, and Wilt Chamberlain. Former President Barack Obama was in attendance at the game, where Harden became the second-oldest NBA player to score 50 points on zero days’ rest.
