A multi-agency operation in Dallas led by the ATF resulted in the arrest of eight alleged 42 Oakland Crips gang members with guns, drugs, money, and a caiman alligator. The operation, dubbed “Operation Blue Laces,” also seized firearms, drugs, cash, and vehicles, with suspects facing charges including drug trafficking, firearms possession, and carjacking. The suspects, with extensive criminal histories, were accused of daily drug dealing and warning each other about law enforcement raids, ultimately returning to drug dealing after raids.
