The trial of Libyan suspect Abu Agila Masud Al-Marimi, accused of making the bomb that brought down Pan Am 103 in 1988, may be postponed in Washington following a request from the prosecution and defence. Masud, who allegedly confessed to making the device, was due to stand trial in May but both sides have asked for a delay due to the complexity of the case and his medical condition.
